One of our favorite products is the Emergency Affirmation button. However it takes 2 AAA batteries to work. We usually include appropriate batteries and a mini screw driver kit with all our products that need batteries. For the Emergency Affirmation button we put the batteries in before we ship (it is an emergency, right?). We have those mini screw drivers but today, I could not get the back of the button to come off. Ran over to Hemlock Hardware and got a heavy duty screw driver. All set!
